Intercontinental KLM Flights
We welcome you in our World Business Class with a glass of champagne or jus d’orange. Throughout the flight, you can choose from a wide selection of hot and cold beverages via your menu or the list in your inflight entertainment system. Snacks are available at any time! Dinner features dishes created by Dutch top chefs and prepared with fresh ingredients. Start with a cold appetizer or vegetarian soup, then choose one of the main dishes, paired with a glass of wine. End with your choice of dessert: something sweet or a cheese selection, served with a glass of port or dessert wine. We’ll offer you coffee and tea afterwards. On flights arriving early in the morning, we offer a sweet or savory breakfast featuring yoghurt, granola, various types of bread, and fruit.
Flights within Europe
On very short flights, we serve a fresh sandwich or sweet pastry with a drink in a handy bag.
On most European flights, you’ll receive a deluxe meal box. Breakfast includes yogurt with granola, fruit, and a sweet or savory dish. For the rest of the day, the box contains an appetizer, cold salad, and dessert.
On longer European flights, we add a warm sandwich, juice, or hot snack to your meal box. Drinks, coffee, or tea are always served after your meal. Feel free to ask our crew for an extra drink at any time!
What’s on the menu?
Every 3 months, we offer our World Business Class passengers a brand-new menu of dishes. Right now, you can choose an appetiser and main dish by De Librije, the only Dutch restaurant with 3 Michelin stars. These dishes will be accompanied by a range of carefully selected wines.
Pre-order your main dish
Do you have an intercontinental KLM flight from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol? On most routes, you can pre-order your main dish. Go to My Trip to reserve your dish of choice or arrange it when booking your flight.
Feel like something else? No problem! You can change dishes up to 24 hours before departure.
Starters
- Pasta with salmon and a refreshing yuzy dressing, served with a quenelle of hollandaise cream and tobiko caviar, pickled red onion, black garlic cream, and tarragon pannacotta
- Homemade tomato soup
Side dish
- Green mesclun salad with dried cherry tomatoes, roasted sunflower seeds, and Italian balsamic vinaigrette
Main dishes
- Slow-cooked steak in a creamy morel sauce, herb potatoes, green asparagus, and leek and thyme topped with laurel oil
Vegetarian pancake with eggplant balado, served with broad beans, green asparagus, red bell pepper, a creamy pumpkin coconut sauce, and nasi kuning garnished with shredded coconut
Tasting of Indonesian delicacies: padang-style chicken with bumbu sauce, beef rendang with mixed vegetables in coconut milk, served with yellow fried rice and red chili rings
Desserts
- Fresh apple on cinnamon mousse, garnisched with chocolate crisp, creamy vanila, and speculaas crumble
- Cheese plate with Gooische caractère, Beemster Old, and a dome of blue cheese with raisin and pine nuts, served with grapes and crackers
